Urgent prayer request

I'd be really grateful for any prayers that can be offered...

A good friend's God-daughter was diagnosed out of the blue with a very invasive brain tumour last week. She's 3 1/2 . She will be going in for surgery tomorrow (Monday 6th January 2012). Apparently the doctors have already said that they will not be able to remove the whole tumour, and will assess whether or not it would be helpful to give her radiotherapy afterwards.

Her mum says:
"For those of you who don't yet know, we received the devastating news this week that our beautiful little girl Amelia has a brain tumour. Unfortunately her outlook we have been told is quite bleak, but rather than no hope there is some hope. The tumour is in a very bad place and quite big we are told. For those of you who believe, please pray, for those of you who don't please keep Amelia in your thoughts. Words cannot describe how we feel, we just have to cling on to the hope that they may be able to do something for her."

Please pray for her, her family and her doctors. Her name is Amelia-Kate

Many thanks and God bless,

Annie-Elizabeth
